Welcome to Classic Matches — your ultimate sports ecosystem for cricket & kabaddi. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to tournament creation, live score tracking, merchandise purchases, and all features of our mobile application and platform. By using Classic Matches, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or accessing the Classic Matches App (including features like tournament management, live score updates, merchandise store, and community features), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. For tournament organizers, valid identification may be required.
• Provide accurate information during registration (name, email, phone, location). You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• Organizers can create cricket (T10, ODI, Test) and kabaddi (circle style, standard) tournaments; players can join events and track stats.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Extra Media reserves the right to suspend accounts violating fair play or community guidelines.

3. Core Platform Services

Classic Matches provides:

• 🏏 Tournament Creation & Management – schedule matches, set venues, invite teams, manage brackets, and track live scores ball-by-ball or raid-by-raid.
• 🛡️ Live Score & Real-time Updates – instant notifications for wickets, runs, super raids, tackles, and match results.
• 🛒 Merchandise Store – purchase official jerseys, cricket bats, kabaddi kits, protective gear, fan merchandise, and more.
• 📦 Order Tracking & Delivery – real-time status of merchandise orders shipped to your doorstep.

4. Tournament Rules & Code of Conduct

Users who create or participate in tournaments must follow fair sportsmanship. Any manipulation of scores, fake match entries, or harassment of other players will result in immediate account suspension. Classic Matches acts as a neutral facilitator — we do not guarantee the outcome or quality of user-organized events but will investigate reported violations.

5. Merchandise Orders, Payments & Shipping

• All product listings (jerseys, bats, kabaddi mats, etc.) are subject to stock availability. Prices are shown in INR including applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed through secure gateways (UPI, cards, wallets). Classic Matches does not store full card details.
• Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation. Estimated delivery times: 5-7 business days (metro cities) or 7-10 days for remote areas.
• Returns/refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged/defective items (proof required). Customized merchandise (team jerseys with names) are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Live Scores & Data Accuracy

Classic Matches sources real-time match updates from official feeds and user-generated inputs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% error-free data for unofficial community matches. For critical tournament decisions, organizers must verify scores independently. We are not liable for minor discrepancies.

7. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post (team logos, match photos, reviews). However, by uploading to Extra Media, you grant us a royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute such content within the app. Extra Media's logo, UI design, and trademarks may not be used without written consent.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Impersonating another person or organization, or submitting false tournament information.
• Using bots or scripts to manipulate scores, merchandise inventory, or reviews.
• Attempting to hack, decompile, or disrupt the Extra Media platform.
• Reselling merchandise purchased from Classic Matches without explicit permission.

9. Cancellations, Refunds & Tournament Fees

For tournament creation: Certain premium features may involve fees. Cancellation of a tournament by organizer should be communicated to participants directly; Extra Media does not refund platform fees if the tournament is cancelled after scheduling. For merchandise cancellations: order can be canceled within 2 hours of placement; after dispatch, standard return policy applies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classic Matches and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, tournament delays, or merchandise defects beyond seller responsibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 3 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classic Matches, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy (linked within the app) for information on how we collect and use personal data like location, device ID, and transaction history. By using Classic Matches you consent to data processing as described.

13. Modification of Terms

Classic Matches may update these Terms periodically (e.g., feature additions, legal requirements). We will notify users via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with modifications, you may delete your account within 30 days.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, Tamil Nadu jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Classic Matches services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
